What are Notre Dame students doing for spring break?
From traveling abroad and throughout the U.S. for leisure and volunteer work to exploring careers and vegging out on campus, we do a bit of everything during our midterm breaks. Here is how just a few of us will be spending Spring Break 2015:
"I will be going home and volunteering at a nursing home and spending time with my family." -Chad Binghay 2016
"I'm going to Estelí, Nicaragua with Global Medical Brigades. We'll be helping operate a clinic in a rural community that ordinarily does not have access to basic medical care, as well as participating in a 3 day public health brigade to help install better infrastructure to promote the health of the community." -Maggie Long 2016
"I'm staying on campus for a few days, walking around Chicago for a day, and then flying back home to sunny San Diego!" -Derek Price 2016
"I was accepted into the Public Relations Career Trek through the Center for Career Development. For the first three days of break, I will be visiting PR firms all around Chicago. Then, I will be flying home to California!" -Danielle Rieger 2016
"I'm going to Chicago for the first weekend to visit my friend at DePaul. Then, I'm coming back to Notre Dame on Monday. I'll hang out with my friends Scott and Kendrick." -Thomas Rieth 2016
