Celebrating All Faiths

Respect
The University of Notre Dame builds an atmosphere of trust among its students, faculty, and staff. Although unwavering in its Catholicism, the University requires no particular belief of its community members and asks only that all be willing to appreciate and nurture the University’s mission.

Openness
We welcome students, faculty, and staff of all religious affiliations and provide resources to support them in their spiritual development. Through the efforts of ==Campus Ministry==, members of the Notre Dame family rejoice together at interfaith prayer services, explore together during faith sharing groups, share together at a variety of retreats, and pray together in one of the many spaces designated for worship. No matter your belief, we at Notre Dame want you to feel welcome here.

Contribution
Rabbis and Protestant Ministers, Catholic sisters and Agnostic professors share their unique insights with undergraduate students and with the greater Notre Dame community. We are all enriched by the presence of diverse viewpoints and consistently share the charge to pursue truth, to grow in compassion, and to nurture our spirituality as we develop here, at the University of Notre Dame.
