The best part of dorm life is Interhall sports and the chance to form a community with those living around you.

What is your favorite part about being an international student at Notre Dame?
My favorite part of being an international student is the ability to learn about different cultures and perspectives, while also sharing my culture with others.
How did you adjust to life on campus?
I tried to stay as open-minded and receptive to new and different experiences, take advantages of opportunities that came up and explore as many academic and sports avenues as I could.
How do you celebrate your culture/heritage at ND?
I celebrate festivals like Holi and occasionally meet with fellow Indians to indulge in food from back home.
What advice do you have for international students?
My advice for international students would be to be open to experiences that may seem strange and different. Expanding your circle and actively putting yourself in new situations may surprise you and help you meet people with similar interests as you. Above all, try not to be overwhelmed by the multitude of opportunities offered at college, but pick what you think would make you happy and stick with it.
