Favorite place on campus: Bookstore Basketball Courts. They remind me quite a bit of shooting hoops on the blacktop back home. Ripped nets, cracked pavement, and accounting for the diverse South Bend weather are all things I love about these outdoor courts.
South Bend recommendation: Being an all-things baseball fan, I would highly recommend seeing a South Bend Cubs game. Great, inexpensive outing for families, high-level sports atmosphere, and always fun to see future prospects that may be wearing a Chicago Cubs uniform a few years later.
Advice to Applicants:
Just be your most authentic self. Don't worry about crafting the perfect essay for others. Write from the heart and be yourself.
