Joe Carey (FJ), who is the best Priest-in-Residence. We also have the best dorm tradition, FJs, where Ryan residents and FJ bake sweet treats and gather as a community every Tuesday night.”
She is involved with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as a tour guide, a high school ambassador, a day host, and a virtual panelist. She is also a resident assistant (RA) in Ryan Hall, a University Relations summer intern, and a Matriculate advising fellow.
She is involved with PEMCo, is an ACE PATH Companion, and was a Welcome Weekend Ambassador. In Summer 2019, Katie studied abroad in Rome.
Katie’s favorite Notre Dame tradition is singing the Alma Mater! She gets chills every time it is sung at Mass and at the end of football games. Among other things, you can ask Katie about coming from a warm place, going to college far from home, residential life, performing arts on campus, and studying abroad.
