Owen is a senior English Major from Oak Park, Illinois, with a minor in International Security Studies. Owen lives in Duncan Hall, and his favorite hall tradition is the ND110 Stairclimb in Notre Dame Stadium, which honors the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice on 9/11.

Owen is grateful for the people and opportunities that Notre Dame has provided him. "Love is a strong word, but I'll use it to convey my time at Notre Dame because I'm so grateful for the amazing people and the opportunities I couldn't have anywhere else," Owen says. "I'm fulfilled."

On campus, Owen is involved with Air Force ROTC, serves as a Leprechaun, and as a Resident Assistant in Duncan Hall. He is also a member of Echoes a cappella and Run Club. Over Spring Break 2026, Owen went on an immersion trip to Kyembogo, Uganda.
