Constanza is a senior aerospace engineering major from Madrid, Spain. On campus, she lives in Lewis Hall, home of “the Chicks.” Her favorite hall tradition is the late night breakfast event Lewis Hall of Pancakes.

She says, “Coming to Notre Dame is, no doubt, the best decision I have ever made. Regardless of how my day goes, there is not a single day I'm not thankful for being part of this community. I came thinking I was getting an education, and the more time I spend here the more I realize how much more than that I am getting: it's not only about the classes, but about the (amazing) friends you make, the professors that get out of their way to help you succeed, the staff that always gets a smile out of you, and the random strangers that hold the door for you. There is no place like this!”

On campus, Constanza is involved in Hypersonics Research, Communion and Liberation (CLU), Student International Business Council (SIBC), and IrishSat in addition to being an admissions intern. Constanza has also interned in Japan at a robotics company named Yaskawa and at JAXA, the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency as a research intern for the aviation sector.
