To reply to our offer of admission and reserve your place in the 2019 entering class, please visit your applicant status portal. The confirmation deadline is May 1, 2019.

Send your Final High School Transcript

Your current admitted status is contingent upon your continued excellence in academic achievement and personal character during the remainder of this academic year. You’ll need to submit a final transcript of your academic record immediately following your graduation.

Submission Date

The College Board's Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC) allows students to submit supporting documentation to one central source rather than mailing individual documents to each institution to which a student has applied for financial aid.

Admitted Student Days

Attend one of our Admitted Student Days to meet faculty, students, and other members of the Notre Dame community. An email invitation with an opportunity to register will be sent to you. Each program date starts approximately at noon on Sunday and will end by 5:00 p.m. on Monday.

Candidate’s National Signing Day

To reserve your spot in the 2019 entering class, please go to student applicant portal. You will be able to confirm your placement by submitting your enrollment deposit. The confirmation deadline is May 1, 2019.

First-Year Advising Initial Communication

You will receive an email from the first-year advising program explaining how to begin your academic journey at Notre Dame.

Housing Applications Available

Notre Dame requires all first-year students to reside in an on-campus residence hall. In May, first-year students will be able to access their housing application online.

June 2019

Course Selection

Students will fill out the Course Preference Form based on intended program. A first-year advisor will be assigned to each student in early July based on those selections.

Deadline to complete and submit your housing application.

Housing Accommodation Request Deadline

Deadline to complete and submit medical documentation to Sara Bea Disability Services to request a special housing accommodation.

Immunizations and Health Records

Incoming students must submit information regarding their immunizations and health history to University Health Services. Learn more.

July 1, 2019

Submit Your Final High School Transcript

Be sure to submit your final transcript of your academic record immediately following your graduation. We understand it takes some schools longer to process requests, so please submit your final transcript as soon as your school can make it available. Transcripts can be sent via email to ndforms@nd.edu or by your guidance counselor through the Common App or Coalition Application.

First Tuition Payment Due

Billing statements will be sent in July via IRISHPAY. Deadline for payment of first billing statement will be August 14. For more information on paying tuition, housing, meals, and other student charges, visit Student Accounts.

Deadline to Complete Honor Code

First Year Advising will provide instructions for completing Notre Dame's Academic Code of Honor, a set of standards and responsibilities for personal academic conduct expected of each student.
