Jakob Lopez

Jakob Lopez is a sophomore from Orange County, California majoring in business analytics and minoring in Latino studies.

On campus Jakob lives in Alumni Hall located in south quad, home to the Dawgs, the best dorm on campus. His favorite saying is the Alumni Hall motto, “Notre Dame by choice, Alumni Hall by the grace of God.” He holds this true as he has been supported by the amazing men he calls family in his hall while being thousands of miles away from home.

As well as working with admissions, Jakob is on the First-Generation Advisory Board, Latino Student Alliance board, RITMO board, Student Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations, Fighting Irish Scholars, and on the Equity and Business Leader board.

When Jakob isn't working, he enjoys dancing, hanging out with friends, and trying new things.
