Class of 2026
  • Major(s): Chemical Engineering
  • Minor(s): Bioengineering
  • Hometown: Natick, Massachusetts

Kate is a sophomore from Natick, Massachusetts majoring in chemical engineering and minoring in bioengineering.

On campus, she lives in Pasquerilla East Hall. When asked about Pasquerilla East (PE) she says, “The community in PE is so unique and supportive and helped make the hall my true home away from home. PE is home to some of the kindest PEople on campus. The girls in my dorm have truly made my Notre Dame experience—the strong friendships and memories I have made in PE will last a lifetime.”

Beyond her role as an admissions intern, Kate is also involved in Student Government, ENABLE-ND, and the Society of Women Engineers. She is also a Commissioner for her dorm’s Big/Little program and a member of PE’s flag football team.

When she is not working or attending club meetings, Kate loves going for walks around the lakes on campus and walking to Trader Joe's on Eddy Street. Kate’s favorite Notre Dame tradition are the touchdown push-ups performed at football games.

You can ask Kate about her experience being a female engineering student, about any of her experiences in Student Government or other clubs, or any other questions you may have about Notre Dame. She is more than happy to chat with you about anything regarding the ND experience!
