Nicole Ilg
Class of 2026
  • Major(s): Marketing, Political Science
  • Hometown: Singapore

Nicole is a sophomore from Singapore majoring in marketing and political science.

On campus, she lives in Pasquerilla West Hall (PDub), which truly is her home away from home. Having spent her childhood moving from one place to another she says, “The community I found at PDub immediately made me feel loved, supported, and respected. There are so many opportunities to get involved and make connections with amazing people who share similar interests, hobbies, and goals!”

Beyond working as an admissions intern, Nicole helps run her dorm's newsletter “The Purple Press” and works at Notre Dame's own café, Modern Market.

Having grown up in Oahu, she is a member of the Notre Dame Club of Hawaii and enjoys attending club events/mixers. As a hockey fan, her favorite Notre Dame tradition is the Senior Night Game, which brings loud cheers and thrilling shootouts.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys exploring the South Bend area, whether it be finding new restaurants or even going to cat cafés.

Feel free to ask Nicole questions about being a student in both the Mendoza College of Business and College of Arts and Letters, being an international student, or even the student life in general.
