Allyship

Notre Dame has come a long way but still has a long road ahead.

This only comes with inclusion and diversity built on listening to, learning from, and wholeheartedly loving one another.

We, students of the University of Notre Dame, take pride in our education, successes, and opportunities; and we must also take pride in our ability and platform to shape the world in which we live.

We are more than a single image, more than a high school dream, more than an institution.

We are Notre Dame, the University of Our Lady, and we must bear every privilege and burden that comes with that.

We cannot remain ignorant.

We cannot move forward without learning from the past.

We cannot accept complacency, in any aspect of our Notre Dame experience.

We cannot neglect anyone in our Notre Dame family, especially in their times of need.

We must support one another and continue to strengthen ourselves with the power of knowledge and action.

Please, help us be the greatest force for good that we can be.
