Thank you for signing up for a visit to the University of Notre Dame.
We look forward to seeing you on campus!
Notre Dame is on Eastern Time. Please note that if you are traveling from the Chicago area, we are one hour ahead of the Central Time zone.
All information sessions and tours meet in Room 220, Main Building (Golden Dome) in the reception area to the right after you come up the large outdoor staircase. Information sessions are one-hour long and the tours that follow last one-and-a-half hours.
If you have scheduled a DAY HOST, you will receive the name of your host no later than 72 hours prior to your visit to the email you provided. It will be your responsibility to contact your student host to discuss your visit.
If you are in need of an ADA accommodation while on campus (i.e., wheelchair, motorized scooter, etc.), please contact the Office of Institutional Equity.
Arriving to campus
You should plan to arrive on campus at least 30 minutes before your appointment to give ample time for your walk to the Main Building (Golden Dome).
Parking on campus
Game Day Visits: Parking on Saturdays during home football games is extremely limited. Whether or not you plan on attending the game, please be aware that lots on or near campus fill up quickly and may charge a fee of up to $50. Allow plenty of time to walk from parking lots to the information session at the Main Building. If you are attending the game, please park where you plan to park for the game. Visit Game Day for more information about parking on home football Saturdays.
For all other visitors:
Information regarding visitor parking and parking rates can be found here. Visitor parking is located on the west end of the Walsh Architecture Parking Lot. Please visit map.nd.edu and select the Visitor Parking overlay to view these areas on the map.
All information sessions and tours meet in Room 220 of the Main Building, underneath the Golden Dome.
Dining options on campus
Discounted meal tickets are available for use in South Dining Hall (when operational) and will be presented when you register for the information session and tour.
