Check-in and Parking On Campus
Check-in and Parking on Non-Home Football Game Days
Check-in takes place in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, McKenna Hall, located on Notre Dame Avenue, across from the Morris Inn.
While there is a drop-off area at McKenna Hall, there is no parking adjacent to the building. Please look for detailed information regarding visitor parking in your confirmation email. Please allow time to park and walk to McKenna Hall.
During regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. ET), visitors must purchase a permit at a pay station (credit cards only). The permit must be displayed face-up on the driver's side of the vehicle's dashboard - visible to the parking enforcement staff. The primary visitor lot is located on the east side of the Walsh Family Hall of Architecture. Just inside the lot, there is a parking pay station to the right (the NW corner of the lot).
Additional visitor parking areas are located in the Baseball, Compton, Joyce Lots. If parking reaches capacity in these lots, the permits from any of the pay stations will allow guests or visitors to park in the Dorr Road, Lake or Bulla Student Lots. The permits are valid for non-reserved parking spaces only.
Check-in and Parking on Football Home Game Saturdays
On Saturdays when a home football game is scheduled, check-in takes place at DeBartolo Hall, Room 101, which is between Notre Dame Stadium and McKenna Hall. Please enter through center doors facing McKenna Hall (west side).
Game Day parking is available at White Field on the North side of campus. Please refer to the Game Day Parking Map for information on parking lots, some of which are pay-to-park lots. Please note that parking is some distance from DeBartolo Hall and you will need to build in time to walk from your parking lot to this location.
