Summer Opportunities

Precollege Notre Dame Science Students

Notre Dame offers two exciting summer opportunities only for international high school students. As a participant in either two-week program, you'll learn from Notre Dame faculty and live in a residence hall on campus, where you will experience our vibrant community firsthand.

Both programs include the opportunity to meet with staff from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to learn more about applying to Notre Dame and have your questions answered. In addition, you are invited to stay for an optional third week focused on preparation for the TOEFL, SAT, and ACT exams.

International Leadership, Enrichment, and Development Program (iLED)

Join us for a two-week program taught by Notre Dame faculty with a focus on international leadership. Programming includes lectures by professors, hands-on learning, collaborative projects, business and community engagement, and many extracurricular activities. Students take courses in all five colleges. Participants experience life at Notre Dame and broadens their understanding and knowledge in the disciplines of science, engineering, the humanities, business, the social sciences, architecture, and the arts.

Pre-College Programs

International students are invited to participate in our Pre-College programs, which are also open to U.S. students. We offer four programs: Summer Scholars, Leadership Seminars, Study Abroad: Ireland, and Study Abroad: Rome. Summer Scholars and Leadership Seminars take place on the Notre Dame campus and the two study abroad options are 12-day adventures in Ireland and Rome.
